We are seeking experienced and passionate freelance corporate trainers to join our dynamic team at Trainrr.io. As a freelance corporate trainer, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of corporate training by delivering high-quality and impactful learning experiences to professionals across diverse industries.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging training programs on topics such as Cloud, AI/ML, Microsoft technologies, Cybersecurity, and other relevant areas.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to determine training requirements and tailor programs accordingly.
• Develop and customize training materials, including presentations, exercises, and hands-on labs, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Deliver training sessions onsite at client locations or through virtual platforms.
• Facilitate interactive discussions and foster a collaborative learning environment.
• Provide expert guidance and practical insights based on your own corporate experience.
• Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback and evaluation metrics.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance training content.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of corporate experience in relevant domains such as Cloud, AI/ML, Microsoft technologies, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Proven experience in delivering training programs to corporate professionals.
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in the specific technology areas you will be training on.
• Ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the unique needs of diverse learners.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Flexibility to travel to client sites, if required.
• Relevant certifications and advanced degrees will be a plus.
