HR Recruiter Training

This training is designed to teach the participants the skills and knowledge required to perform effective recruitment activities. The training covers the recruitment strategy, process, skills, metrics, and best practices. The participants will learn how to define the recruitment goals, target audience, value proposition, and channels; how to design and implement a recruitment process that is efficient, effective, and compliant; how to develop the essential skills for recruitment, such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates; and how to measure and evaluate the performance and impact of recruitment activities using key indicators and analytics.
